Blue Star Taxis are proud to announce a partnership with Lyttelton Harbour Information Centre (LHIC) to be the preferred taxi company for the Cruise Ship season.

During the upcoming cruise season (October to April), 86 cruise ships will be carrying approximately 270,000 passengers and 70,000 crew who will disembark at the port of Lyttelton. Previous experience indicates that about one third of these passengers and crew will look to independently find their way around Christchurch.

Bluestar Taxis are very pleased to be able to assist with transport services and help our visitors have an enjoyable experience in Christchurch.

Passengers will be able to pre-book tours at $90 per hour for a sedan and $100 per hour for a van. The trip is a minimum of 4 hours with return to the harbour.

Blue Star Taxis also offers a set fare of $45 from Lyttelton Information Centre to the CBD Centre or the Museum.

Customised tours will be at the discretion of driver and customer by arrangement.

Pre-bookings are preferred and we recommend you book in advance to avoid delays.
