Business and Personal Taxi Accounts

Thank you for your interest in opening a Blue Star Taxi Account. We welcome you as a prospective customer and assure you that we will give the best possible service at all times.

The following information will assist you

As an account holder, through our partnership with Taxi Charge your minimum saving is 10%, as you qualify to travel on tariff 2. For corporate clients further discounts may be available. These additional discounts are based on the volume of work.

Account application

For an application for a Blue Star Taxi Account please phone 3799-820 or contact our Sales & Marketing Department Sales for further information.

Account Approval

When the account has been approved you will be issued with Taxi Charge Vouchers or Taxi Charge Cards.

Ordering

When ordering taxis dial 3799-799 and tell the operator your account number, or advise the driver as you enter the taxi that the trip is being charged to your account. This allows the driver to select the correct tariff. A big advantage is that the account can be used nationally for all your taxitravel.

Account Processing

We process and post out invoices throughout the month followed by a monthly statement. Our payment terms require payment of accounts on the 20th of the month following the date of the statement although earlier payment on invoice is welcomed
